Nano Challa
Tuttu kahvi, tästä kirjoitin hetki sitten TKP:n paahtamana, hyvin samankaltaiset olivat.
Mutta kerran oli ekallakin kerralla hyvä kahvi, niin otinpa uudelleen maistiin.

Pussisssa lukee Peach/Vanilla/Florals, ja niinhän se hyvin pitkälti meneekin.

Altitude: 1900 – 2200 Meters

With the support of the NGO Technoserve, Nano Challa has strongly improved the quality of its coffees over the past few years. In 2010 the Cooperative purchased a wet mill with a Penagos 500 depulping machine and produced washed coffee for the first time. In just one year they were able to pay off the debt, and has since been able to purchase a second depulper, increasing their capacity. This success continues to bring more area farmers to the cooperative. To this day, they remain free of long term debt due to the high premiums they receive for their coffee.

Aeropressiin vain, normi resepti tällekkin ja lusikan kautta makuja merkkailemaan, vähän oli alkuun kyl hakusessa.
Mut kirjoittelin omaan vihkoon seuraavasti tällä kertaa: clean, smooth, very balanced, peach.
